About

15 years of engineering. Two very uncomfortable years in the middle.

A product engineering firm from Lucknow, building for founders and institutions in the US, UK, Europe and the Nordics since 2011. In 2023 we were slow to see what AI did to our industry. This is what we did about it.

Postmortem · 2023✓ resolved

What happened

The unit economics of building software moved, in about eighteen months.

What we got wrong

We kept quoting the old numbers. It cost us work, and it cost us two years.

The fix

A rebuilt delivery pipeline — 4 internal agents, 2 mandatory human gates, the same senior judgement we already had.

We would rather write that down than pretend the last two years did not happen.

Told straight, including the bad part. Four chapters, and the third one is the reason the fourth exists.

  1. 2011

Two engineers, one office in Lucknow

Founded to build software properly for clients who had been burned by people who didn't. Web and mobile, mostly for founders in the US and UK.

  2. 2013–2022

    A hundred products, four continents

MEAN and MERN builds, native and cross-platform mobile, cloud migrations. Enterprise clients, government work, and a long tail of startups that became real companies.

  3. 2023–2024the bad part

    We fell behind

The economics of building software changed, and we kept quoting the old numbers. It cost us. We would rather say that plainly than pretend the last two years didn't happen.

  4. 2025–now

    Rebuilt around AI

Not a tool bolted onto the old process — a new delivery pipeline with four internal agents, two mandatory human review gates, and the senior engineering judgment we already had.

What the rebuild actually produced. Six stages between your requirements and your production deploy. Four of them are our own agents — Blueprint, Forge, Redline and Proof. Two of them are a senior engineer saying no, and those two are why the other four are safe to run.

  • 6stages, every change
  • 4internal agents
  • 2human gates

The loop, stage by stage, including the two places it stops — how we build.

Still the two people who started it. Both founders are hands-on in delivery. If you engage us, you will speak to one of them — not to an account manager who relays it.

And a partner on the ground in the UK. UK engagements are supported by a partner firm in Great Britain rather than by a time-zone gap. A collaboration between two companies — his and ours — not a reseller badge.

Sarwan Sumon

UK Partner

Business strategist and chartered engineer in Slough, running InfoVault Ltd across consultancy, programme management, and trading and investing education. Programme delivery experience on UK national infrastructure — the Thames Tideway Tunnel, HS2 and the Core Valley Lines — now advising on AI and digital transformation. Works with TrivialWorks on UK engagements through a collaboration between the two firms.
