How Trivialworks Solutions Pvt Ltd handles personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, budget range and message. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. That is the only purpose. We do not sell data and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept for as long as our contract and tax obligations require.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page views. No personal profiles are built and no data is shared with advertising networks.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Client code and data
Separately from this website: we work on commercial AI API tiers with model training disabled. Client source code and client data are never submitted for training.
