MVP Sprint · For founders

Nine weeks to something real users can use.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Agreed before we start. You own the code, the repo and the cloud account from week one — and you will see a working build every week, not a status report.

Every sprint includes
  • Fixed scope, fixed price — agreed before we start
  • You own the code and the IP from day one
  • Your repo, your cloud account, your domain
  • Weekly demo, not a weekly status email
  • Senior engineer as your named contact, not an account manager
  • 30 days of post-launch support included

Adding scope changes the number. Nothing else does.

Nine weeks, and you can see the shape of them. Most of our founder clients are pre-seed to Series A in the US, UK and the Nordics. They do not need a 40-page discovery document. They need something in front of users before the runway argument starts.

Weeks 1–2

Shape

We pin down the one thing your product must do, cut everything that is not that, and produce a spec, a data model and a clickable flow.

  • Product spec & acceptance criteria
  • Data model
  • Clickable prototype
Weeks 3–6

Build

The full pipeline runs. You get a working staging environment from week three and a weekly demo you can actually click, not a status report.

  • Working app in staging
  • Weekly demo build
  • Auth, data, core flows live
Weeks 7–9

Harden & launch

Load, security, analytics, payments, and the unglamorous work that decides whether a launch survives its first week.

  • Production deploy
  • Monitoring & analytics
  • Handover + source code

Nine weeks is not a discount. It is arithmetic. Nothing is skipped to hit the date. The same delivery loop runs on this sprint as on a multi-year platform — it is the volume underneath it that stopped being expensive.

  • 70%is generated

Scaffolding, CRUD, schemas, migrations, glue and test suites are the predictable majority of any build. Nine weeks buys you the other thirty percent.

  • 6stages, every change

The loop does not get shortened because the timeline is short. The same pipeline runs on a nine-week sprint as on a multi-year platform.

  • 2of them a human

Speed comes from automating the volume, never from skipping the review. That is the part that makes a fixed nine weeks safe to promise.

The loop, stage by stage, including the two places it stops and waits for a person — how we build.

Be honest with yourself first. A nine-week fixed-price sprint works because the constraints are real. If they do not fit your situation a different engagement will serve you better, and we will say so on the first call rather than after the contract.

This is for you if

  • You're pre-seed to Series A and runway is a real constraint
  • You need something users can touch before the next raise
  • You'd rather cut scope than miss the window
  • You want to own the code and hire your own team later

This isn't for you if

  • The scope genuinely can't be reduced below nine weeks of work
  • You need a fully staffed long-term team from day one
  • Requirements are still being decided by committee
  • You want the cheapest possible quote above all else

People who let us near their production systems. Named, with their companies, because an anonymous testimonial is worth nothing. Many of them have been working with us for more than four years.

In my 20+ years building technology solutions, I've never had better customer service.

It's rare that you come across standout talent like Lalit. No matter how tense a meeting, Lalit makes sure everyone leaves with a smile. If you're considering working with Lalit as client or business partner, or want to take your business to the next level, I couldn't recommend the experience more highly.

Dhirendra and his team have done a great job of taking our description of the online application and making it happen. We had some very complex functionality that we needed to work a specific way. They did it.

Lalit has managed the entire build of our technology, from concept to launch, for over 4 years. Today's product is far beyond the vision we imagined when we began. Lalit took our notes and vision and made it his own, and oftentimes he would find better ways to accomplish our goals.

It's been fantastic working with Dhirendra and his team. Our company found Dhirendra and team to be professional and well educated in the web/app space. He goes out of his way to ensure that all deadlines are met and products delivered as per specifications. For anyone wanting a development team to work with on any project, I would recommend them.

The ones that actually matter. Not covered here? Ask an engineer directly — the address below is read by a person.

Isn't AI-generated code a security and quality risk?

Unmanaged, yes — it is confident, fluent and sometimes wrong. That is precisely why the pipeline has two mandatory human gates and an adversarial machine review that runs before any human sees a diff. The speed comes from automating the volume, not from removing the review.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, from day one. It is assigned to you contractually, and it lives in your repository and your cloud account throughout — not ours. There is no proprietary platform underneath and nothing to license back.

Will our code or data be used to train AI models?

No. We work on commercial API tiers with training disabled by contract. Client code and client data are never submitted for training, and we can put that in writing in the MSA.

How can it be that much cheaper without being worse?

Because roughly 70% of any build is predictable — scaffolding, CRUD, schemas, migrations, tests, integration glue. That part is now near-free. The remaining 30% is architecture and judgment, and we staff that with the same senior people we always did. We removed the cost of the boring part, not the expertise.

We're an enterprise, not a startup. Does this fit?

The pipeline is the same; the wrapper changes. Enterprise engagements add threat modelling, audit trails, change management and integration into your existing SDLC and approval chain. We have delivered under regulated financial and government constraints.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support is included in every MVP Sprint. Beyond that you can retain us on a monthly basis, move to a dedicated team, or take it in-house — the handover includes documentation, architecture notes and a walkthrough with your engineers.

Not ready to book a call?

Send the requirement in whatever shape it is in and you get back a functional specification — screens, data model, stack and an estimate. That is the document a fixed price gets written against, and there is no charge for it.
